How We Make Your Merch

One Team, Start to Finish

Básico Branco makes white-labelled, made-to-order merch — but the how of it is really the story. We're a factory-direct apparel manufacturer based in Portugal, and we run the production ourselves: fabric cut, dyed in-house in more than 30 colours, decorated, labelled and packed before it ships. One team is responsible from the first step to the last, rather than an order changing hands between separate companies along the way.

Organic Cotton, Where It Counts

Our core range — tees, hoodies and sweatshirts — is made from 100% organic cotton, grown without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or GMOs. As the catalogue expands, fabric is chosen to suit each style, and the full composition and weight are listed on every product page.

Certified Dyeing, In-House

Every garment's dyeing process is Oeko-Tex certified — tested against harmful substances before it reaches you. That comes from doing the dyeing ourselves, in more than 30 colours, rather than outsourcing it to a separate supplier. It's also what lets us match a specific brand colour on larger runs instead of choosing from a fixed set.
