We produce foundational pieces built for merchandise and brand collections - tee shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and sweatpants. All styles are available in a range of colours. Visit our collections to browse current stock and available colourways.
Every Basico Branco garment is made from 100% Organic Cotton:
- Tee Shirts: 210 GSM Double Faced Jersey
- Hoodies, Sweatshirts, and Sweatpants: 420 GSM Diagonal Knit French Terry
A Size Guide is available on the page of each individual product on our website. We recommend referring to the size guide measurements rather than standard sizing labels, as fits are oversized and sizing can vary between styles. If you are unsure, ordering a sample at wholesale pricing is always an option.
Wholesale pricing is available to any business or brand owner involved in producing or selling apparel - whether you run your own brand, offer merchandise services, operate a print shop, handle screen printing or embroidery, supply uniforms, or produce promotional products. To qualify, you should operate a business that produces or offers clothing apparel to your community and maintain a dedicated business website or social platform.
Applying is straightforward:

- Complete the application form at basicobranco.com/pages/apply and submit.
- An account manager will review your application within 48 hours and confirm your registration.
Approved wholesale members receive up to 60% off retail pricing on all products. Once your account is approved, discounted pricing is applied automatically.
No. Wholesale accounts are for registered businesses only and must not be shared with individuals or businesses outside of your approved organisation. Any account found to be sharing login credentials with non-approved parties will have its wholesale benefits permanently revoked.
No approval is needed to shop with us. Non-approved applicants retain full access to all products at standard retail pricing - no account required to place a retail order.

White Label is our private-label production service. You choose the styles, colours, tags, and packaging - we produce everything from scratch in our factory and ship the finished goods directly to you, ready to sell under your own brand. No third-party involvement, no middlemen.
White Label gives you access to an elevated range of customisation options:
- Custom fabric colours specific to your brand
- Custom tags, labels, and packaging
- Elevated design applications on garments
- Full-service, door-to-door fulfilment straight from our factory
To access White Label production you must:
- Hold a registered Basico Branco wholesale account
- Place a minimum of 300 units per colour, per style

Yes. Orders placed through our White Label service may be eligible for further price reductions depending on the volume of your order and the specific details your products require. Speak to your account manager for a tailored quote.
For blank orders, there is no minimum - you can order any quantity you need. For decorated merchandise (printing or embroidery on existing blanks from our stock), the minimum is 50 units per design. For White Label orders, the minimum is 300 units per colour, per style, as these are produced from scratch.
Live inventory is displayed directly on our website. You can view available stock on the bulk order grid at the bottom of each individual product page.
No. Adding items to your cart does not secure your stock. Inventory is only reserved for you once your order has been fully submitted through checkout. We recommend completing your purchase promptly to avoid disappointment.
Samples are ordered the same way as all regular orders. Retail customers pay full retail price for samples; wholesale members are charged at their applicable wholesale price.
Due to our rapid order processing timeline, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once an order is placed. If you are a wholesale member and need to make adjustments, contact your account manager immediately after placing your order - the sooner you reach out, the more likely we can help. If a cancellation cannot be made in time, unwanted items may be returned under our Return Policy. Note that placing a new order for additional items will incur a separate delivery charge.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. International orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders must pass through customs in your destination country before final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays beyond these estimates.
Yes, we ship worldwide from our facilities in Portugal. We currently ship to a wide range of countries across Europe, North America, and beyond - including all EU member states, the UK, USA, and Canada, among others.
All countries have their own import regulations. It is important to familiarise yourself with the applicable duties and taxes for importing goods from Portugal into your country before placing an order. Basico Branco is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you along with your invoice. You can also access tracking directly on our website:
- Click ‘MY ACCOUNT’ in the top right corner of our website.
- Select the relevant order under ‘ORDER HISTORY’.
- Your tracking link will appear next to your order number.
No. All orders placed through our website are processed individually and each receives its own tracking number. We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number, as they will have the most up-to-date information on your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Retail customers may exchange products or receive store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please note:
- No cash refunds are offered to retail customers.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned or exchanged items.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original received condition.
- All goods are inspected by our warehouse team before any exchange or store credit is applied.
- Original proof of purchase is required.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Wholesale customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase. Please note:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned or exchanged items.
- Store credit is available as an alternative to a refund.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original received condition.

No. Any product can be purchased at retail price without creating an account. An account is only required to access wholesale pricing and related benefits.
