Return & Exchange Policy
Retail Customers
- Goods can be exchanged for new product or for store credit within 30 days of your purchase.
- No refunds.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and remain in the same condition that you received them
- All goods will be inspected by Basico Branco warehouse personnel before an exchange or store credit will be applied.
- Customer must also provide their original proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred from exchanging your products
Wholesale Customers
- Goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase.
- Customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee for any returned or exchanged items.
- Customer can also accept a store credit for returned or exchanged products
- Products must be unused, unworn, and remain in the same condition that you received them
- All goods will be inspected by Basico Branco warehouse personnel before a refund, exchange or store credit will be applied
- Customer must also provide their original proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred from returning or exchanging your products
